หลักสูตรสาขาวิชาศึกษาปฐมวัยเป็นศาสตร์และศิลป์ในการผลิตครู การเตรียมครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้สามารถส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยด้วยการให้การศึกษาอบรมเลี้ยงดู ทั้งในรูปแบบของการศึกษาในระบบ นอกระบบ และตามอัธยาศัย ที่ประกอบด้วยวิชาชีพครูและวิชาเอกที่มีลักษณะเป็นสหวิทยาการเชื่องโยงและบูรณาการด้านมนุษย์ศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ และวิทยาศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสังคมสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ยั่งยืน

สาขาวิชาประถมศึกษา (Elementary Education) (หลักสูตร 4 ปี)

สาขาวิชาประถมศึกษาจะศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนทางด้าน วิชาด้านการสอนภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ สังคมศึกษา คณิตศาสตร์ และวิทยาศาสตร์ ระดับประถมศึกษาตอนต้น (ป.1-ป.4) เพื่อให้สอนได้ทุกวิชา กลุ่มวิชาเนื้อหาภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ คณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ และสังคมศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษาตอนปลายและมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น (เลือก 2 กลุ่มตามความสนใจ) หลักสูตรระดับประถมศึกษา กิจกรรมพัฒนานักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา และวิชาด้านบริหารจัดการและการวิจัย ฯลฯ

สาขาวิชามัธยมศึกษา (Secondary Education) (หลักสูตร 4 ปี)

สำหรับสาขานี้จะศึกษาผสมผสานภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติเข้าด้วยกันในด้านศิลปะและด้านพัฒนาการ ในส่วนสาขามัธยมศึกษาจะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 เอก คือ เอกมัธยมศึกษาวิทยาศาสตร์และเอกมัธยมศึกษามนุษยศาสตร์/สังคมศาสตร์สำหรับเอกมัธยมศึกษาวิทยาศาสตร์จะเน้นในรายวิชาฟิสิกส์ เคมี ชีววิทยา และคณิตศาสตร์ และ เอกมัธยมศึกษามนุษยศาสตร์/สังคมศาสตร์จะเรียนเน้นวิชาภาษาต่างๆ เช่น ภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาฝรั่งเศส และภาษาเยอรมัน สังคมศึกษา จิตวิทยา โดยทั้ง 2 เอกนี้จะเรียนเจาะลึกมากกว่าสาขาอื่นๆ
